Requirement : 

• 8 years plus experience in Landscaping in UAE or GCC, 5+ years as a Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture

Job Responsibility : 

• Through knowledge and skills in Hardscape, Landscape and Irrigation systems
• Plot design guidelines and plot specification for approval and for compliance with the KPIs.
• Monitor and track budget and schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management
• Liaising with Client\FM team in day-to-day site activities and resolving any technical issues
• Experience in project management and handling different contractor to deliver requirement as per time schedule
• Knowledge of MEP design for landscape projects
• Completed different projects from hardscape and softscape perspective
