Location: KSA (secondment to KSA-based clients)
Required Skillset:
• 6-10 years of experience in Risk Management with consulting firms or Banks and other Financial Services
• Certifications like CFA, FRM, CQF
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including Python, R, and other relevant tools
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and email drafting skills)
• Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Relevant Experience:
• Utilizing AI/ML techniques to enhance financial risk models
• Integrating machine learning algorithms for key risk estimates such as PD, LGD, and EAD for AIRB and IFRS9 framework
• Applying AI/ML in model development, validation, and re-development activities
• Collaborating in the review and re-development of Macro-Economic Models and RAROC Calculator (Risk Adjusted Return on Capital)
• Periodic reporting (internal & regulatory) of various Risk Metrics using advanced AI/ML methodologies
• Engaging in model risk management activities with a focus on AI/ML models
Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding and experience in risk function, specifically incorporating AI/ML techniques
• Knowledge of banking products, and operations, and strong familiarity with Basel and IFRS 9 regulatory landscape and regulations in risk, capital, operation, and compliance. Prior work experience with Indian and global regulators (RBI, CBUAE, SAMA, etc.) is preferred
• Deep understanding and strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including Python, R, and other relevant tools
• Experience in integrating AI/ML in retail banking, corporate banking, capital markets, trading, and other financial services.
• Experience in AI/ML-driven model development for PD, LGD, EAD, and CCF for banks and financial institutions
• Expertise in statistical methods and advanced machine-learning algorithms
