Develop and implement workforce planning strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct regular workforce analysis to assess current staffing levels, skill gaps, turnover rates, and other key metrics.

Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with HR to develop recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies based on workforce analysis and forecasting.

Monitor workforce trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement workforce planning initiatives and projects.

Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to ensure alignment between workforce planning and budgeting processes.

Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to workforce planning and talent management.
