Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams across regions/segments
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Build and optimize go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams for alignment
- Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously improve conversion and efficiency
- Drive negotiations and closure of high-value deals
- Build scalable sales processes, frameworks, and best practices
Key Requirements:
- 12–15 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and key account management
- Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and metrics
- Prior experience in startups or fast-growing organizations preferred
