Technical Support Coordinator
Our client operates in the modern and sustainable energy solutions sector, with a strong focus on technology and innovation. They provide products and systems covering smart metering (energy, water, etc.), distribution automation, renewable energy solutions (inverters, solar systems), storage batteries, and energy infrastructure - offering a portfolio of equipment and services tailored to residential, commercial, industrial, and utility markets.
In this role, you will be the key link between customers, installers, and the engineering team.
Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the service center to ensure consistent service quality, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement annual operational strategies, including budgeting, cost control, and performance targets.
- Continuously optimize service processes to increase efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Management
- Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate the service team to strengthen technical competencies and customer-centric behavior.
- Establish clear communication channels and effective collaboration practices within the team and across departments.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Manage critical customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and gather actionable feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure compliance to internal and industry quality standards across all service activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and oversee practices that reduce operational risks.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and interpret key operational indicators (repair rates, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, etc.) to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and propose improvement initiatives for senior management review.
Ideal Candidate:
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within the solar or energy sector.
- Solid understanding of PV system components (inverters, batteries, monitoring systems, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and remote diagnostic tools.
- Customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with solar monitoring platforms
- Knowledge of grid connection standards and safety regulations.
- Basic programming or data analysis skills.
- Interest in sustainability and renewable energy innovation
