About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platforms. This role will focus on designing and delivering cutting-edge supply chain solutions, enabling clients to achieve operational excellence and digital maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Architect end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging SAP S/4 HANA
•
Lead design and implementation of IBP platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions
•
Drive transformation programs across demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP
•
Engage with global clients to understand business challenges and provide scalable solutions
•
Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and data models
•
Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution demos
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and delivery partners
•
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards
Required Skills and experience
•
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting / Architecture
•
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (Supply Chain modules)
•
Expertise in IBP tools: SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions
•
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP)
•
Experience in system integrations and data harmonization
•
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Educational Qualifications
•
B.E./B.Tech – preferably in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, IT, or related fields)
•
Supply Chain Management / Operations
