Today we’re excited to announce our first brand change in more than 21 years.
Following 6 months of extensive research and consultation (as well as a little blood, sweat and tears) we are today unveiling the vision for our brand, a new visual identity and website, reflecting both our heritage and our future direction.
Today we are rolling out the new Antal website to the more than 400,000 people in over 50 countries around the world that visit the site each month. Our new layout will work across a variety of devices, adjusting automatically to both the size of a screen and the context of a user, improving the likelihood that we will present the right experience at the right time.
You can expect a noticeably improved design, simplified navigation and new features such as candidate advert search and geo-tagging. Registered job seekers can now save jobs they are interested into “favourites” and interact with the responsible recruiter with one click. Business owners and decision makers will now enjoy a quick search for the nearest Antal consultant by industry pages which will connect them directly to all relevant offices worldwide.
In the coming months, we will release Italian, German, French and Spanish versions of the content to make it easy to use to thousands of clients and candidates around the world.
Our new brand identity illustrates commitment to working closely with our clients, candidates and partners and providing the very best to meet your business and career needs. The new tagline “5 continents, 1 vision – Discovering Talent” reflects the nature of our international business model, where all Antal partners across 30 countries follow the same vision of discovering the best talent and helping empower careers and businesses worldwide.
Although most of the components of our logo have changed, the one element that has remained the same is the colours. We chose to stay true to our roots by keeping purple and green incorporated across all of our marketing tools and channels. Since we are a people’s business, we want our brand to reflect our corporate mission of sharing information, knowledge and experience for the benefit of our clients, candidates and colleagues.
